The world's ongoing battle against COVID-19 has brought a lot of changes on how we live today. That is why ALLCARE CEO Cindy Burdette, has released a letter to update all its members on how this "new normal" brings changes on ways to utilize ALLCARE benefits. Read the full letter here.
Dearest member,
The past three months have been quite challenging for all of us. With the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, many business operations including ours had to partially or completely stop. This has affected the way we provide the excellent service that ALLCARE is known. From the bottom of the hearts of the entire team, we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Now that we are in General Community Quarantine, we are now back to full operation and there are several updates I wish to inform all members. Please allow me to go through them one by one.
Distribution of Membership Kits
We are now able to resume the deliveries of your ALLCARE kits which include your HMO cards, booklets and other items. Please expect our membership team to coordinate with you or your HR for this.
Secure a Letter of Guarantee (LOG)
We would like to emphasize that even without your HMO card, you may still use your HMO benefits. However, given stricter health and safety measures in our partner facilities, we strongly encourage that you secure a Letter of Guarantee (LOG) prior to your visit especially for non-emergency cases.
Changes on Protocols and Fees
Many facilities have adjusted their patient-handling protocols including, but not limited to, increased service charges, charges for PPE and in some, even HMO acceptance. That being said, we suggest that you set an appointment with your doctor or medical professional prior to your visit and get complete information regarding HMO acceptance and any additional fees you may incur. To get a list of all our accredited hospitals and clinics, click here. If you are scheduling a dental appointment, please make sure to confirm HMO acceptance and any additional charges. If you ask me, I would strongly suggest to delay it altogether. The pandemic is very much still here.
Contact Us
Lastly, we want to make sure we are supporting our members every step of the way so please send us a message on our Facebook page or email us at support@allcare.io for any concern that you may have.
Stay safe and healthy always. Let us all pray for this pandemic to be over soon.
Sincerely,
Cindy
