2020-- where do I even begin? From the COVID-19 pandemic, to the typhoons that hit the country, this year has been really tough on everyone, including us. We all have to adjust and navigate this new normal somewhat blindly-- no concrete guidelines, no first-hand experience, no nothing. We’ve all seen more losses than wins, and it’s quite disheartening. But despite the hardships and sufferings, one thing still rings true-- we must fight if we ever want to win (I borrow this often used line from Attack on Titan, the animé).

Despite the hardships we are all facing, we at ALLCARE, are truly grateful for all the love and support we received all throughout 2020. We are truly grateful that you stood by us through thick and thin. With your help and support, we’ve been able to reach heights of success we thought were impossible given the current circumstance -- we won SME of the Year in the recently held 11th Asia CEO Awards, and yours truly have been an EY Young Leader of the Year Circle of Excellence awardee. This, of course, is all thanks to all your support and care. But more than these awards and recognition, we are committed to our mission and goal - to provide affordable and accessible employee benefits to any and all types of workers and businesses.

Aside from you, our clients, we are also thankful to all our partners and suppliers for helping us get through the year. You are all part of what made ALLCARE the company it is today. Cliche as it sounds, we’ve grown together a lot this year and this journey that we’ve been through is something we will always hold dear in our hearts and memories. We’re also very grateful for the trust that you put in us. We know it has been a difficult year and there are a lot of struggles that came along with it, that’s why we’re honored to have been with you on this journey.

While ALLCARE ‘s year has been a good one despite the pandemic, I’m also here to acknowledge those who have been severely affected by everything that went on, and are still going on this new year. Despite it all, you’re here, we’re all here, surviving together. Know that there are people who will always be rooting for you.

This 2021, we’re starting anew, we’re starting fresh, and we’ll bounce back stronger than ever before. A million thank you again to everyone who has made 2020 bearable and even memorable for us. Despite everything, we all managed to pull through.

Together, let’s claim for growth, positivity, and good things this 2021! God bless us all!

Cindy Rose T. Burdette CEO, ALLCARE
