How can I apply for the installment plan?

3 easy steps. Fill out, upload, wait:

  1. Fill out the Registration Form with your Email, First Name, Last Name, and mobile number. Wait for an email with a link to your ALLCARE account where you can continue your registration.

  2. Choose installment upon check out and upload the additional documents required for the installment plan.

  3. Wait for up to 48 hours for the status of your application.

Other documents needed for the installment plan:

  1. Proof of income - show at least past 60 days of income flow. You can use

  • Bank account transaction history

  • PayPal Wallet History

  • Upwork or any online work wallet history as primary proof of income

  • BIR 2316, 2 months worth of payslip, and other similar documents may be used as secondary proof of income.
