Picture this: you have your own business, taking clients online and complying with government requirements for taxes and such. Say, you have a system in place to collect client data, manage and catalogue your sales, and even keep track of which jobs have started and which ones have ended. But even when your forms are all digital and filling them up is literally less than a few taps on a keyboard, we’ll all end up in that same spot where someone ends up printing all of those just to physically sign them. Now that’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it could be better.

Paper-based processes slow down your productivity, and it really can take up a chunk of time you could spend doing more productive work. Sometimes, it can even factor into ruining customer experience. I mean, who wants to manually sign 3 copies with full name and address for a handheld fan? And the worst part is having to find the time (and space!) to store and organize them again for future reference and safekeeping. Again, that’s digitally filling something up, printing it out to sign it, and jamming it back somewhere else or scanning it. But the problem here isn’t the forms, it’s the need to sign them!

That ended when I found Adobe Sign. My clients and even the people I work with could sign off on anything digitally. Nowadays, I end my day without any clutter I need to reorganize and file. I print out less paper and save so much time just handling nearly everything on my laptop. I can even work on my forms from inside a cafe the entire time without having to worry about a ton of stuff I need to print out and sign when I get to my home office!

This app really lets you go the extra mile in going fully digital. My clients can sign up on my website with a webform that has a tick box for your service agreements. I’m getting good feedback from some of my regular customers since they can pay online seamlessly without getting redirected to another page for the payment service. A friend from human resources in his own start-up also told me their recent camping trip was easier to execute since they could just send digital forms to their entire team with a tracking system for accomplished and outstanding ones. And to top it all off, all my current Adobe apps work just fine with Adobe Sign!

This is truly a tool for the modern entrepreneur. It’s a step towards productivity and a means to show yourself that working in the digital age can work for you, too. More importantly, just think of all the time and paper you will be saving!

While you’re busy enjoying this awesome program, why not visit ALLCARE to see more of what you can get with that streamlined productivity? A Coffee Bean card, Grab promo codes, and an HMO plan are just some of the things you can benefit from to take your productivity to the next level.
